When two or more people get together to exchange information, misunderstandings can occur. It is generally advisable to take notes in the form of minutes. Experience shows that many companies know this, but rarely act upon it. i2Brian decreases the time and money lost when ideas, decisions and plans are misunderstood or simply forgotten. Someone in the meeting protocols all the important points, as they are decided upon, using i2Brain. His or her notebook is linked to a projector so that everybody in the room can see what has been decided or which questions have been left open. Ideally the participants take a print-out of the "net of ideas, plans and decisions" with them when they leave the room. Otherwise it should be mailed to them and everybody else concerned right after the meeting. Misunderstandings are less frequent, less is forgotten or ignored. You save time and money. |
